The Advantous team consists of over 15 professionals focused on client service and project delivery. Below are introductions to our two partners as well as key members of our staff responsible for implementing and delivery of client solutions.

DON ALLISON, PARTNER
Don's professional background is very unique.
He is a licensed CPA, registered lobbyist, and
recognized Louisiana business incentives and
state & local tax specialist. Don has over ten
years public accounting experience working with
KPMG, eight of which he spent focused on
legislative, regulatory, and technical matters
impacting Louisiana's business incentive
programs and state & local tax issues. Prior to
joining KPMG, Don spent eight years as the tax
lobbyist for the Louisiana Association of Business
and Industry and another eight years as the CFO
of Cajun Constructors, Inc.

Don assists Jimmy with coordinating the technical
aspects of business incentives and tax projects.
He also communicates emerging business
incentives and state & local tax issues that could
potentially affect the results of projects and
benefits for clients. Don is a graduate of the
University of Louisiana at Monroe and resides
in Baton Rouge.

JIMMY LEONARD, PARTNER
Jimmy has been assisting companies with business
incentive, sales/use tax, and property tax solutions
for fourteen years. Prior to creating Advantous with
Don, he held dual leadership roles at KPMG as the
Southwest Region Strategic Relocation and
Expansion Service Practice Leader and KPMG's
Louisiana State and Local Tax Practice Leader.
Prior to joining the KPMG team, Jimmy was the
Executive Vice President of the Lafayette Economic
Development Authority in charge of all business
recruitment efforts. Jimmy has spent his entire
professional career helping new and expanding
businesses enter or expand into the Louisiana
market successfully and reach their project's
financial goals.

Jimmy oversees the technical and strategic aspects
of the design and delivery of all business incentive,
tax credit, sales/use tax, and property tax projects.
Jimmy has a bachelor's degree from Millsaps College
and a Masters of Business Administration from
Louisiana State University.

TEAM MEMBERS

JEB BRUNEAUBusiness Development Manager
Jeb joined Advantous in 2010 and focuses on identifying
business incentive, sales/use tax, property tax, and
federal tax credit opportunities for clients and potential
clients. Jeb has extensive sales/marketing and
government relations experience. He assists Don in
working with governmental entities and the economic
development community. Jeb is a graduate of Louisiana
State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in
Political Science.

TABATHA T. MURRAYManager
Tabatha joined Advantous in 2011 and specializes
in assisting clients with Louisiana sales/use tax
research, sales/use tax audit defense, and sales/use
tax refund projects. Tabatha has over ten years of
experience as an auditor for the City of Baton Rouge
and Parish of East Baton Rouge. She also worked
as a Louisiana sales/use tax consultant for a local
tax firm and as a project accountant for a major
manufacturer. Tabatha is a graduate of Louisiana
State University with a Bachelor of Science degree
in Accounting.

KIM WALLETTSenior Associate
Kim joined Advantous in 2006 and is a senior member
of our Louisiana Business Incentives delivery team.
She is responsible for assisting with the technical
and supervisory aspects of business incentives
projects. She is a primary resource for federal tax
credits, the Louisiana Quality Jobs Program, the
Louisiana Enterprise Zone Program, and the Industrial
Property Tax Exemption Program projects. Kim is a
graduate of Louisiana State University with a Bachelor
of Science degree in International Trade and Finance.

ERICA LEBLEUAssociate
Erica joined Advantous in 2006 and is a senior member
of our Louisiana Business Incentives delivery team.
She is responsible for the technical and supervisory
aspects of Louisiana Enterprise Zone Program and
Louisiana Quality Jobs Program projects. She is also
responsible for critical project information data
management for all of Advantous' projects and clients,
in addition to her business incentives client
responsibilities. Erica is a graduate of Louisiana
State University with a Bachelor of Science degree
in Business Management.

COREY ROBLINAssociate
Corey joined Advantous in 2010 and assists with the
technical and supervisory aspects of sales/use tax
and business incentives projects. Corey is a graduate
of Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science
degree in Agriculture Business.

KERI HARTSenior Associate
Keri joined Advantous in 2006 and is a senior member
of our Louisiana Business Incentives delivery team.
She is responsible for the technical and supervisory
aspects of business incentives projects. She has
proficiency and broad experience in dealing with the
Louisiana Enterprise Zone Program, Louisiana Quality
Jobs Program, Restoration Tax Abatement Program,
and the Industrial Property Tax Exemption Program.
Keri is a graduate of Louisiana State University with a
Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management.

REUBEN RANGELSenior Associate
Reuben joined Advantous in 2007 and is a senior member
of our Louisiana Business Incentives delivery team.
He is responsible for assisting with the technical and
supervisory aspects of business incentives projects.
He has exemplary knowledge of the Louisiana Quality
Jobs Program, Industrial Property Tax Exemption
Program, Restoration Tax Abatement Program, Digital
Interactive Media and Software Tax Credit Program, and
the Enterprise Zone Program. Reuben is a graduate of
Louisiana State University and later obtained a Master
of Business Administration degree from LSU.

FRANCES DODSONProject Coordinator
Frances joined Advantous in 2006 and is an important
member of our team who assists with the organization
and monitoring of all projects.

GREGORY ORKUSAssociate
Gregory joined Advantous in 2010 and assists with
the technical and supervisory aspects of sales/use
tax and business incentives projects. Gregory is a
graduate of Louisiana State University with a Bachelor
of Science degree in Accounting.
