Community Advisory Panels: An Advantous Specialty
Advantous Consulting is a national leader in the creation and facilitation of industry based community advisory panels, also known as CAPs. These panels have the common mission of:
- Facilitating dialogue between a company’s management and residents of the neighboring community or communities on issues of importance to the company and the communities.
- Acting as a monthly “focus-group,” providing advice and feedback to the company’s management on a variety of issues from a community perspective.
- Creating more awareness and understanding of the company among the citizens of the neighboring community or communities.
- Creating better understanding on the part of the company’s management of the feelings, beliefs, perceptions, and concerns of the residents of the neighboring areas.
