Jimmy Leonard, Principal Specializes in the delivery of Louisiana business incentive projects. Jimmy was formerly KPMG’s Southwest Region Strategic Relocation and Expansion Service Practice Leader for seven years. He has over ten (10) years of experience assisting companies with identifying, negotiating, and securing Louisiana business incentives. He has personally worked on over $5.1 billion dollars of investment and secured over $400 million in bottom line savings. Jimmy has a degree from Millsaps College and a Masters of Business Administration from Louisiana State University. He is recognized as the top Louisiana business incentive technician. He will oversee all technical and strategic aspects of each phase of each client's project. |

Don Allison, Principal Is a CPA and also a Louisiana business incentive specialist. He spent eight (8) years with KPMG, focusing on the legislative and technical issues related to Louisiana’s business incentive programs. Prior to joining KPMG, Don spent eight (8) years as the Louisiana Association of Business and Industry’s tax lobbyist. Don will assist Jimmy with coordinating the technical aspects of the process. He will also communicate emerging issues that could potentially affect the Louisiana tax incentive programs during the course of the project. |

Brad Zimmerman, Manager, specializes in the delivery of Louisiana audit defense and sales tax refund projects. Brad comes to Advantous after five years as a senior consultant for Ryan & Company. Brad is a graduate of Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
Keri Hart, Senior Associate, is a key member of our Louisiana Business Incentives delivery team who assists with the technical and supervisory aspects of each business incentives project. Keri is a graduate of Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management.
Kim Wallett, Senior Associate, is a key member of our Louisiana Business Incentives delivery team who also assists with the technical and supervisory aspects of each business incentives project. Kim is a graduate of Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in International Trade and Finance.
Reuben Rangel, Senior Associate, is a key member of our Louisiana Business Incentives delivery team who assists with the technical and supervisory aspects of each business incentives project. Reuben is a graduate of Louisiana State University and later obtained a Master of Business Administration degree from LSU.
